Shipping Protection


When you purchase a product with, you will get an email with your link to report a shipping related issue. You will be protected against the following issues:

  • Damaged
  • Lost in Transit
  • Stolen
  • Delivered Not Received
  • Wrong Item

To report an issue from your email, follow the steps below:

  1. Open your order confirmation email from us.
  2. In the email, click File a Claim.
  3. Enter your email address and order number.
  4. Choose the issue with your order (lost, stolen, damaged, or wrong item). 
  5. Add a description (if required)
  6. Click Submit.

Note: Please allow 1-3 business day to process your claim.
