To report an issue from your email, follow the steps below:
- Open your order confirmation email from us.
- In the email, click File a Claim.
- Enter your email address and order number.
- Choose the issue with your order (lost, stolen, damaged, or wrong item).
- Add a description (if required)
- Click Submit.
