Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or split payments with Zip (formerly QuadPay) or Klarna with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders placed after 1 pm PST (4 pm EST) will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS and International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS International. Please note we do not ship or process orders on the weekend unless for special dates like Christmas, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day.

Local Pickup
Once you are notified via email or text that your order is ready for pickup, you can come anytime during the pickup time windows from Monday to Friday from 9 am PST to 3:30 pm PST. You must provide your order number and a valid government-issued identification matching the name on the order at time of pickup.

Local Delivery
Your delivery location must be at a 40-mile radius from our nearest facility. A $35.00 (subject to change) flat fee delivery is charged on your order. Your delivery timeframe can be chosen by you if you want it a scheduled at a certain time or as soon as possible. You will receive a text message (not via email) when the order is on its way to you.

FedEx, UPS and USPS Overnight Shipping
Please note orders that are placed on Friday before 1 PM PST (4 PM EST) will be delivered on the next business day. The next business day from Friday would be Monday! Packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday (if Saturday Delivery is selected).

Domestic (US) Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message (carrier or data rates may apply) with your tracking number. Once you receive a tracking number please allow up to 24 hours for it to enter the carrier’s system and update; once the tracking is updated you will be able to see shipment status and history. Packages will be delivered Monday to Saturday (if Saturday Delivery is selected).
 

International Orders
Orders are shipped via DHL or USPS International and the cost is calculated at checkout and varies between item(s) purchased and destination. Dose of Roses® does not charge or cover customs duties fees and taxes. A customs tax is a tariff or tax imposed on goods imported into the foreign country charged by that country and not Dose of Roses®.

International Customs
You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research to ensure that our products are legal for importation prior to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue. We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your order's progress through the carrier system. We do not have a reship policy. We do assume that all clients are aware of their own countries' laws and regulations and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs.Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs does not return the products to us we cannot issue a partial refund to you. If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Protection Insurance
OrderProtection.com is offered as an additional item at checkout for a determined priced based on that item's weight and dimension that protects your order against the following issues:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen
  • Delivered not received
  • Wrong item
If one of these issues has occurred please submit a claim on OrderProtection.com

We highly recommend that you purchase the OrderProtection.com shipping insurance. If your order is lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or the wrong item has been sent and you did not purchase the insurance you will be refunded in the form of store credit minus the shipping cost or we can send a replacement, additional shipping charge may apply.
 
What is Rush Processing?

Rush Processing expedites the fulfillment of your order so it can be verified, tailored to our Dose of Roses® standards, quality checked, packaged and shipped within 24 hours. For Rush Processing to be effective, your order must be submitted and charged before 1 PM PST (4 PM EST) Monday to Friday. If the above conditions are met and we fail to ship your order within 24 hours, we will refund the Rush Processing fee. Rush Processing fee does not affect the actual shipping time in transit. If you need your order quickly, please be sure to select the appropriate shipping method as well.

Change of Address
The shipping address can only be changed if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate delivery address.

Order Cancellation
Due to the fast nature of our supply chain and logistics, our warehouse and floral specialists begin working on your order right away. For this reason, we're unable to accept any order cancellations.

Rose Arrangements

Due to the nature of our products being handmade, the time and effort that goes into making your rose arrangement and for sanitary purposes there are no returns or exchanges on all of our rose arrangements (including the Galaxy Rose Arrangement). In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged arrangement, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please send photos of the damages to our support team at support@doseofroses.com

All Other Novelty and Gifts (Galaxy Rose, Enchanted Rose, Rose Bear)

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

  1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
  3. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from Dose of Roses®. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
  4. Product is not a rose arrangement as these are final sale.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
